We provide professional kitchen and bathroom renovation services including design, demolition, installation, and finishing work.

• Complete kitchen and bathroom remodels
• Cabinetry installation and countertop fabrication
• Plumbing, electrical, and tiling services
• Design consultation and 3D renderings
• Project management from start to completion

All quotes are valid for 30 days and based on information provided at the time of request.

• Site visits may be required for final pricing
• Estimates subject to material price fluctuations
• Change orders will adjust project costs
• 50% deposit required to commence work

Payments are structured to align with project milestones:

All payments due within 7 days of invoice date. Late payments incur 1.5% monthly interest.

Timelines are estimates based on standard conditions and material availability.

• Delays due to permits, inspections, or material shortages not considered delays
• Client delays (decisions, access) extend timelines accordingly
• Weather impacts exterior work schedules
• Final walkthrough required before project completion

All materials meet building codes and manufacturer specifications:

• 1-year workmanship warranty
• Manufacturer warranties transferred to client
• Cosmetic wear-and-tear not covered
• Improper maintenance voids warranties

Change orders must be written and signed by both parties:

• Cancellations before work begins forfeit 10% of deposit
• Projects in progress require mutual agreement
• All change orders adjust timeline and budget

Our liability is limited to the contract value. We are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing property conditions
• Client-supplied materials or appliances
• Consequential damages or business interruption
• Delays beyond our reasonable control

Either party may terminate for material breach with 10 days written notice to cure.

Upon termination, client pays for completed work plus 15% restocking/administrative fees.
